If your order is placed before 12 noon it will be ready after 1PM same day and the order is placed after 12PM it will be ready for pickup at 7AM the following day. Orders will be held for 3 business days unless other arrangements have been made.
The Tri Tip is from the tip of the Sirloin and is a very versatile and flavorful cut of meat. There is only 1 on each side of the cow. We love a nice grilled tri tip to medium rare with homemade chimichurri sauce.
